Attention Celiac and gluten free folks! Canyon Bakehouse has THE best gluten free bread I've ever had, hands down... it tastes so good and the texture is so good that I checked on two separate occasions to make sure it's really gluten free! The texture is even good without toasting/heating!! Makes great grilled sandwiches too. One of my faves is pastrami & cheese on the Colorado Caraway bread, which I tried originally at Miglet's Bakery in Danville, CA. Miglet's is a 100% gluten free bakery and store.
